Former Ford Distribution Site, Cork
Marina Quarter development for Glenveagh Homes consisted of the construction of over 1,000 apartments in 12 no. blocks ranging in height from 4 to 14 storeys on the 5 hectare site of the former Ford Distribution site. Works comprised completion of a working platform for the piling works. The platform design provided for a use of suitable stabilised site won materials and a layer of imported aggregate.
