The project encompasses a 2-hectare greenfield site, characterised by its low-lying topography necessitating a fill of up to 1 meter across the entire expanse. The comprehensive development comprises 72 units, segmented into 24 apartments, 8 duplex units, and 40 houses, alongside associated infrastructure including internal roads, footpaths, and essential utilities. Shannon Valley was engaged by Cairn Homes to execute the groundworks, soil stabilisation, and infrastructure developments on-site, with the contract period extending from August 2022 to August 2023.
