The Distillers Building, Smithfield
Shannon Valley has been appointed a Groundworks and Civils Contractor for John Sisk’s and Son ongoing project at the Former Irish Distillers Building, Smithfield. The package comprised an excavation and disposal off-site of approx. 42,000 m3 material for the construction of a new commercial office building and importation of crushed rock and concrete for a basement slab.
