Hampden Hill is a new seaside development for Cairn Homes. Large Scale Residential Development where over 1000 new residential dwellings built on the vast 70 acres site in Donabate. Co Dublin. Additionally, a new 32 acre nature park with panoramic sea views was constructed alongside the project. At the commencement of works the topography at the site varied between 6m and 17m, with the ground surface sharply sloping to the south. The project required up to 5 meters cut and 5 meters fill to achieve a more gentle profile and to allow construction works. Close to 100,000m3 of topsoil excavated and 60,000m3 reused for a construction of a Nature Park and another 250,000m3 of subsoil excavated and following stabilisation process- reused on site
