Shannon Valley’s first project in DALP industrial estate was 2006 site development works for a large warehouse for PJ Walls Limited. The scope of the works included stripping topsoil, followed by a soil stabilisation works, rock braking and excavations for pad foundations, drainage and services infrastructure and placing hardcore for a concrete slab. Unit 1 of the total gross floor area of approx.149,000 sq. ft. is the largest commercial development to date. In 2016 Shannon Valley was contracted by Glenbrier Construction to carry out site development works for Unit 5 and Unit 6 followed by Unit 20 in 2017 for Steward Construction and Unit 21 for Walls Construction. In 2018 Shannon Valley was involved in site works and a construction of Unit 3.1 and Unit 3.2 both buildings for Glenbrier Construction- all totalling to approx. 215,000 sq. ft of prime commercial space.
