DUB10 data centre facility constructed for Echelon Data Centres and Walls Construction on a 35-acre site along the M50 motorway in Clondalkin Industrial Estate which was formerly owned by ESB for use as a depot and storage yard. The data center spans a gross footprint of 90,000 square meters, with each of three buildings covering 20,000 square meters. The site features an energy center with a generation capacity of 120 MW and includes a 110kV grid substation.
