Phase 2 of a Liffey Business Campus, Leixlip Co. Kildare for PJ Hegarty and the Client- DB Schenker involved the construction of an 19,000m2 logistics warehouse building supported on pad foundations and a concrete slab and additional supporting infrastructure: heavy goods vehicle yard, parking areas and access roads on a 18 acres plot of the greenfield land. The project team comprised Arup Consulting Engineers and RKD Architects.
