Marianella Buildings, Orwell Road, Rathgar, Dublin 6

The scope of works included the complete demolition and carting away of the existing buildings at Marianella, Orwell Road. The works carried out for Cairn Homes included the demolition and removal of the existing 4/5 storey main structure including the main roof, plant rooms, etc. down to the soffit of all foundations as shown on drawings and the removal of any hazardous materials. The demolition also included the demolition of the single/double storey link Buildings to the main structure and the independent Gym structure.
