The Millerstown development in Kilcock, constructed by McGarrell Reilly Group (the client), has approximately 431 homes and a purpose-built creche. The development has extensive landscaping alongside the Rye River and the Grand Canal on the Maynooth road.

In our scope, we provided the client with a fully serviced site, realignment of the Maynooth road if front of the site, bridge construction over the River Rye, profiled the large open spaces along the Rye River and the construction of a link road from the Maynooth road onto the R125 . We also carried out the groundworks for over 283 houses and a purpose built creche.
